I have lived in the Las Vegas area for over 20 years and have been a full time Real Estate Professional since 2004. Over these last 20 years, I have seen the Real Estate market here in Las Vegas go through many interesting changes. Some have been very good with home values skyrocketing, to the worst part of the spectrum dealing with short sales and foreclosures. I have worked the market where individuals would pay over market value just to own a home due to a housing shortage, to individuals having to sell their dream home due to unfortunate circumstances and huge decreases in property values.
It is a good feeling to know that the current market here in Las Vegas is still very strong and the greatest feeling is to see the excitment return to our communities as people are once again able to get out and about and fulfill their dream of home ownership.
With the market changes that I have experienced, I feel that it has provided me with the knowledge of how to better serve my clients individual needs. And every clients needs are different! It takes someone with good listening skills, knowledge of the current market, as well as great communication skills to be successful in fulfilling the needs of their clients.
